You don't have to have a MacBook Pro to work with audio (that's another widely accepted urban myth). I wish I had some good advice to give, but MB3 does have some bugs right now. I have read numerous articles about this but have not found a solution, but im sure theres someone out there using w7 for music production. Doesn't happen all the time, intermittent. All drivers are updated and I'm not seeing any other software that could be causing an issue. At low revs it seems rarer, and only happens when you change gear, intermittently. I even tried V3 for Midi and for some reason mixbus is not recognising my favourite idrum VSti, so I will continue to use reaper and for me that's ok. Oh, and I'm still on 313.96, but the Vista compatibility option fixed the issue, so I can be certain a driver update isn't necessary to fix it. Please help.
