Surface Pro 4 at 150% scaling and a 40" 4K TV at 100% scaling. Also uninstall the monitor drivers, not the GPU drivers, and let the PC detect the hardware over. First identifying my monitor as display 1 but becomes display 2 as soon as my HDTV is connected (in WI10 display settings). First, I am guessing you are running both these monitors as high-DPI? The interesting ones for me were eXtend and External which has something like A+B+C^unknown. I changed these to 1600x900 and the problem was solved. I've tried twice now, but my TV is still #1.   9. windows 10 > video > personalize video > change text and things size > 125% If I change it to anything other than 100%, the region sizes are calculated wrong.
