The only difference is (and maybe this will also help other people who have a similar setup), is that I have an external sound interface, which doesn't support the damn DSP. Audio in SimCity is glitching like crazy. I have been wondering if it now becomes an hardware issue instead of software. But this DPC issue is not caused by them IMO. I have noticed that my router is not working too well, since I have a HDD attached to it and when I try to upload or download something from it, it But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. It is a very fast SSD, but the SSD seems to have caused the stuttering. It would play ok for about 2 minutes then start stuttering when using bluetooth speakers. fine Reply Eduardo / January 29, 2015 OMG! Thesycon Step 2: Open dpclat.exe, Excessive DPC latency is indicated by a red bar. I wiped the previous drivers for my external sound card and re-installed. Asus Drivers If I run just Chrome, DPC Latency Checker shows above 2K latency.

Check that box if it is unchecked. All I had was the equaliser enabled, de-selecting it stopped the popping / skipping although the treble is slightly high its much preferable to the alternative.
