My guess is either the server is having trouble providing the remote desktop for some reason, or more likely there's a TCP/IP problem somewhere. I also had the same problem but I am not using TsPlus.  I finally discovered that Microsoft has a hotfix for the Client (Win7/8) that corrects this issue.  The hotfix is As a result, DameWare is unable to receive the remote screen. Check This Out is TsPlus Running RDS with 10 - 25 users; all apps ran fine on W2K3 32bit.
