Because of this it is difficult to determine whether the problem is with the motherboard or the PSU when a computer shows no signs of starting up. Sent from my All-In-One Desktop. It boots up for like 2 seconds then everything shuts off again. Find the power switch cable on the case.

PC was fine on old psu, but i need more power for my graphics card which is still coming. This test is for ATX PSUs.
