I started playing A LOT of TF2 in the past week and I've had 3 BSOD so far. Do you have another you can swap in and then try to run the game? I've had to RMA this hard drive before, and one of my three stick of RAM, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was either. Once again this problem occurs only when I play TF2. The game runs normally for anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours, and then it will suddenly freeze with a looping sound, followed by the BSOD.

If the inside of your case looks anything like this then getting all the dust out with a can of compressed air will do wonders. (It's a good idea to take I'm currently using the original version I had installed, which I had no problems out of until this random crashing started.
