This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. Here is some more information. I’ve also run driver verifier with only this driver checked on the list and didn’t even make it to the login screen without getting a blue screen. It went faster than I expected, doing 12 full passes without any errors.

Please un-install them immediately!If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting. More often memory corruption happens because of software errors in buggy drivers, not because of faulty RAM modules.
